Hello! I look forward to learning more about you and your top talent themes. My top five GALLUP® StrengthsFinder® talent themes are in the domains of relationship building and influencing. They are:

  1. WOO (Winning others over) - I love the challenge of meeting new people and making connections.

  2. Communication - I generally find it easy to put my thoughts into words. I am a good conversationalist.

  3. Developer - I see potential in others that they do not see in themselves. I encourage others to reach for the stars; I am a strong presenter.

  4. Positivity - I have contagious enthusiasm. I am upbeat and can get others excited about what they are going to do.

  5. Includer - I accept others, showing awareness of those who feel left out and making an effort to include them.

Please contact me to let me know how I can help you become the best version of yourself. I love talking with people about their natural talents, and how to use their talents to achieve goals and improve team work. It’s fun and empowering!

Background: My career began as a registered nurse (RN) in the United States Air Force, later gravitating towards school nursing, and eventually hospital employee health & wellness.  As a school nurse, I became interested in school counseling, which led me to earn my masters in counseling education.  My work as an academic advisor and learning specialist at Mansfield University’s TRiO program has offered me the opportunity to apply strengths coaching in an academic setting, leading students towards success. Understanding that success and wellness go hand in hand; I often talk with students about how they can improve their wellbeing. Trained as a health coach, I am also a GALLUP® certified StrengthsCoach™. Strengths coaching is based on positive psychology, helping people to enhance their innate talents for improved performance.
